*Description:*
This is an entry-level position with the Desktop Support team. You will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit. *Required Skills:* * The successful candidate minimum 6 months recent experience supporting technology. * A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired. * Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal. *Job Duties:* * Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. * Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers. * Provide phone support and remote assistance as needed. * Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status. * Document work in ServiceNow. * Provide excellent customer support to employees. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
