Summary The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will provide support to the Corporate HR team, which offers strategic partnership to the firm's business professional population. The HR Assistant will manage daily tasks related to onboarding activities, new hire orientation, departures, timesheets, and other related duties. Additionally, the HR Assistant will provide exceptional customer service to ensure that employee inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. This role is essential in carrying out duties that support the processes, procedures, and programs for corporate business professionals located in Chicago and other U.S. offices, as needed. Duties and Responsibilities
Create and distribute forms to process data on new hires, non-employees, interns, terminations, position and status changes, salary, leave of absences, etc.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section.
