The Marketing Division at Babson College seeks applications for an Advanced Assistant or Associate Professor whose main area of teaching and research is sales to support our growing sales curriculum and cocurricular initiatives. We are looking for an experienced, engaged educator and scholar who most embodies these qualifications: * Is passionate about teaching professional selling and sales management (and related topics such as sales analytics and revenue operations, e-commerce, social selling, principles of marketing, marketing strategy, and business-to-business marketing) to undergraduates,MBAstudents, and Executives, and has a proven track record in both teaching excellence and innovative curriculum development. * Has a vibrant research stream that is interesting to both academics and practitioners, and a proven ability to publish peer-reviewed academic journal articles (articles for practitioner audience, peer-reviewed books, teaching cases, and other teaching materials are also valued). * Is a team-player who is willing to lead and collaborate with faculty from within and outside our division. * Is comfortable with technology and teaching in a blended/online environment, though most teaching occurs in-person and on-campus. * Has some amount of non-academic business and management experience and can quickly establish credibility in the classroom. * Has a Ph.D. or related terminal degree from anAACSBaccredited institution. * Will be a fun, engaging, and helpful colleague who is committed to the success of Babson College.
