Overall Purpose

The Workplace Programs Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of workplace programs that align with our people strategies and enhance overall engagement.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for delivery of large, complex programs including groups of inter-related projects targeted to meet one or more key company strategic business goals.

  • Manages all aspects of multiple interrelated projects within the program to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic business objectives.

  • Align project/program plans and interdependencies to ensure program roadmap success and resource capacity.

  • Performs program level governance review of all associated projects to ensure they are tracking to be on time, within budget, and defect free to ensure customer value commitment.

  • Monitors projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress; proactively works with project teams mitigating risk and effective issue resolution across program.

  • Manages Workplace Programs' stakeholders, in partnership with Director and Sr. Program Manager.

  • Leads strategic process improvement initiatives that result in tangible business benefits.

  • Operate as a key contact for all Workplace programs as one of the daily contacts to support all efforts. Partner with Sr. Program Manager Workplace Programs and Director Employee Experience and Workplace Programs to support the work across the team with clear division of labor and backups.

  • Is the subject-matter expert and key contact for Quantum engagement software. Responsible for system changes, data import and export, maintenance and updates, reporting, drafting communications and presentations, analysis of engagement data, progress reporting, pulse and survey preparation, execution and results road-showing, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in business, Project Management and/or Computer Science, Human Resources (HR) or related field.

  • 8 or more years of related experience in HR programs and project management.

  • Experience or familiarity with employee engagement, employee experience, inclusivity, and other HR programs/initiatives that are part of the EWS HR roadmap.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related certifications or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects within program / programs, to work independently, have excellent follow-up, and meet tight deadlines for deliverables.

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to deal effectively with ambiguity and constant change.

  • Ability to effectively deliver presentations at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to create professional executive level communications and presentations in Powerpoint.

  • Ability to represent the company in a highly professional manner, interact proficiently with executive leadership, staff and vendors and demonstrate the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal communications with colleagues, leaders and for partnerships, outreach, etc.

  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning & Development teams and efforts.

  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $115,000 - $135,000.

Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
