JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Membership in the GTP North America NAC team, and actively contribute to the development of the cross functional community
* Drive project activities and give input to overall plan
* Serve as a key Interface to your stakeholder areas
* Take an active part in the project, contribute to the fulfillment of the total project goals, and be the voice GTP in multiple project fora
* Oversee the localization plans and ensure compliance to USMCA requirements, while optimizing cost, transportation and resiliency
* Inform the Purchasing line organization about project demands, targets, time schedules, and other relevant project information
* Prepare and present project statuses and management project reviews in purchasing reference groups as well as other forums
* Ensure Purchasing resources are secured
* Contribute and secure that the purchasing time plan fits within the overall time plan
* Lead Projects risk management from Purchasing standpoint, including risk response and risk mitigation plans, as well as documentation and communication
* Escalate issues/inputs needed to deliver on agreed targets utilizing proper escalation process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent working experience
* 3+ years of Project Management experience
* Heavy trucking, automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or aerospace industry experience required
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
* Experience in digitalization and report creation
* Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus
* Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize
* Open minded and a positive attitude
* Utilize your strong communication skills to be the connector
* Able to lead colleagues in a trustful manner
* Team oriented and place value in trust-based collaboration
* Ability to develop and inspire/motivate others
