Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
We are seeking an experienced
and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our accounting
team. The Senior Financial Reporting
Analyst will be part of the team responsible for external and internal
reporting, including preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory filings.
This role will also be involved in helping with technical accounting research,
financial audits, SOX controls and various other projects. The ideal
candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Summary
- Assist with preparation of 10-K and 10-Q
filings and ensure compliance with SEC guidelines and deadlines. - Assist with the preparation of financial
statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements,
ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Responsible for preparation of various
disclosures, including but not limited to, earnings per share, diluted
shares, stock reconciliation and quarterly and annual disclosure checklist. - Provide technical support and guidance,
including research of technical accounting issues and documentation of conclusions. - Evaluate and/or supporting the evaluation
of new accounting pronouncements for potential impact. - Support internal and external financial
statement audits. - Part of the team responsible for all
general accounting activities for Corporate, including journal entries
preparation, account reconciliations, and accounting related analysis. - Assist with maintaining effective internal
controls in accordance with SOX 404 requirements. - Assist with month-end close and internal
reporting. - Assist with the maintenance of the
BaanV/BaanLN accounting software systems and reports. - Lead and/or participate in various special
projects, as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of GAAP
and accounting principles. - Advanced Excel skills and
solid computer skills with all Microsoft Office software. - Experience with Workiva.
- Hands on experience
working with an ERP system (Baan system experience is a plus). - Strong communication
skills (written and oral). - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of
financial information. - Analytical with ability to understand
accounting implications of transactions. - Comfortable interacting with all personnel
levels and departments within the organization. - Solid
knowledge of internal controls and SOX 404 requirements.
Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor's
degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university. - CPA
or CPA candidate. - Minimum
of 5 years of accounting experience, with minimum of 3 years of public
accounting experience and two years of SEC reporting experience.
Base Compensation: USD 100,000.00 - 125,000.00 Paid Salaried
