As a Master Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning customer satisfaction with operational efficiency. You'll develop and manage the master schedule, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely delivery of products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and occasional travel to suppliers and customers. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer and business goals
  • Monitor and adjust plans to protect internal build and shipment timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve material and capacity constraints
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
  • Make strategic make/buy/where decisions aligned with product line goals
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor new team members
  • Maintain the integrity of data that supports the material requirements planning and capacity requirements planning processes
  • Evaluate forecasts and internal sales orders, working with Sales and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
  • Develop and present Sales and Operations Plan to top management and ensure that the master schedule and the Sales and Operations Plan are in agreement.
Basis Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of planning experience
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $85,000.00-$105,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
