Great Hill Solutions, LLC is seeking a remote DevSecOps Engineer to support our customer in Orlando, FL. This position will perform in-depth program analysis and coordination assignments, and services in support of the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing, operating, and securing Digital Asset's corporate infrastructure and cloud services, data stores, and provides oversight, policy, and governance for our CI/CD DevOps, development, and product/services application security.
- Has access to, and regularly interacts with, senior members of multiple customer organizations, as well as industry partners, at the strategic level on topics including, but not limited to, the budget, requirements, command vision and priorities, training and mission readiness activities.
- Responsible for setup, configuration and maintenance of our Cloud and Secure SDLC toolsets, including SCM (Github), SCA (BlackDuck), SAST, CI/CD (CircleCI, Azure DevOps), artifact repositories (Docker Hub, JFrog, Cloud), Cloud (Azure) and associated tooling.
- Work with the other DevOps teams to monitor and optimize the use of these Pipeline and Cloud services and provide example solutions for integrating tools into the development workflows.
- Partner with all teams across the global Digital Asset company, particularly Engineering, Product and Enterprise Support, to ensure the security of our SDLC Pipeline provides business value and be cost-effective.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance with ability to attain Top Secret (TS)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Security, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6 Years relevant experience in Software Engineering, IT and/or Cybersecurity
- Possess wide-ranging knowledge of enterprise level software development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, configuration management, systems administration, architecture and provisioning, and DevOps toolchains
- Possess interpersonal skills as they will work across organizational departments to implement and maintain a common configuration baseline across multiple IT platforms.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, provisioning, and administration, but must also have experience with the traditional developer toolset and practices such as using source control, giving and receiving code reviews, writing unit tests, and familiarity with Agile principles.
- Has demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Able to apply knowledge to technologies you don't have firsthand experience with, valued more than deep silo'ed experience with one product
- Ability to transform imprecise specifications into pragmatic solutions by working with diverse stakeholder.
