Who are we? Aon Transaction Solutions ("ATS") is an industry leading team focusing on brokerage of transaction liability insurance products, including Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation and other Contingent risks, largely in the context of M&A transactions. What are we looking for? We are looking to add an Analyst to our industry-leading Transaction Solutions Team, which places insurance to protect parties from exposure to M&A and tax related risks. This role will have an important and direct impact on the financial results of this dynamic, high-profile business, and you will help empower results for our clients by assisting the brokers with all aspects of the insurance placement process, from identifying potential prospects for coverage to actually binding such coverage. This is an in office role with flexibility to work remotely at times, with the expectation that you will work in office with your colleagues in the New York office at least 3 days a week. What the day will look likeThe successful candidate will assist senior team members track and analyze data, support process and deliverables in insurance placements. This position also will gain significant exposure to Representations and Warranties, Tax, and Litigation / Contingent insurance for a well-rounded career experience across the full M&A solution set.
Working with the transaction solutions team provides an analyst with a front row seat to the M&A industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn from and interact with an outstanding group of junior and senior colleagues and will gain exposure to clients and advisors during the workday and outside the office for the broadest experience possible. Pay Transparency LawThe salary range for this position $59,500 - $76,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
