Description MaineHealth Behavioral HealthProfessional - Clinical For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians! Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule. ~ 20 Hours/week, Part-Time, Day shift ~ Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is required. Will also consider Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC) Are you ready for a change? Consider the role of an integrated behavioral health clinician working within a multidisciplinary team. This is a part-time, 20-hour position, which offers care to the students within the School Based Health Center at Boothbay Regional High School and Elementary School located at 236 Townsend Ave in Boothbay Harbor. This position offers the option of year-round employment or working the school calendar. The behavioral health clinician would work closely with the school based health center medical provider and school personnel to best support students. This is a great opportunity to provide easy access for students in the environment where they spend most of their day. And integrated care reduces stigma and increases the student's willingness to participate in care. The clinician's role includes providing screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to students who use the health center. Treatment structure includes individual, family, and group work. Additional functions of the role include providing curbside consultation to providers, linking students to additional services and supports, and participating in population health activities that targets the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people. Persons interested in this position must be comfortable working with children, adolescents and their families. Knowledge of and interest in treating substance use disorders is preferred. Your work is enhanced by being part of a larger team with solid experience in integrated work. Collaborative work with psychiatrists and other integrated clinicians in the MaineHealth system adds to the experience.
