Compensation Grade: P23Compensation Details: Minimum: $86,019.00 - Maximum: $86,019.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OPH) CCH - Center for Community HealthJob Description: Responsibilities The Health Program Administrator I will be responsible for the coordination of various administrative functions within the Center for Community Health (CCH) Resource Management Unit (RMU) with a primary focus on Contract Management and Vendor Responsibility Determination activities. The incumbent will coordinate the development and execution of all CCH RMU contracts and will be responsible for the process assessing information to make vendor responsibility determinations. The incumbent will ensure contract awards have appropriate oversight, associated job aids are up to date, and staff are mentored to provide technical assistance and guidance. Other functions include but are not limited to; procuring goods and services following applicable policies and procedures; review, generation, and compilation of fiscal reports; and other appropriate related duties. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience in the administration of personnel, fiscal, or other related operational activity; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and five years of such experience; OR seven years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of such experience. At least one year of experience must have included supervision of staff and/or program management. Preferred Qualifications At least two years of experience managing the administrative process of contracts and payments. At least one year of experience reviewing financial documentation to support expenses submitted on vouchers and/or invoices for allowable and appropriate costs. Experience using financial and grants management systems. Experience providing training and technical assistance. Experience with Federal and non-federal guidelines and requirements. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products. Conditions of Employment Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel, up to 10% of the time, may be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
