Overview Leads the company's responses to both internal and external data requests, including data calls by regulators providing coordination, training and quality assurance for all lines of business. Provides statistical reporting for all lines of business, including ISO Statistical Plans and/or Workers Compensation policies and proof of coverage. Proactively reviews and evaluates internal processes for effectiveness and efficiency. Identifies alternative approaches and implements solutions to enhance the consistency, quality and timeliness of reporting. Provides training, mentoring and coaching to other compliance professionals. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
