Job Summary PLEASE NOTE: This role must be based within 40 mi. of Central Baltimore, MD. The Field Sales Representative executes the proven R.S. Hughes sales strategy at a territory level. The successful candidate will expand sales revenue and drive new market share. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for ongoing opportunity analysis, demonstrations, and value proposition presentations, as well as working closely with the assigned territory teams. The role will manage the entire sales process and client management after a sale. Teamwork and collaboration are key for the Field Sales Representative to work closely with sales support in multiple departments. Compensation Our merit-based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target first year Compensation range (base + incentive) for this Exempt role is $75-$85k DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
