The SharePoint System Admin Lead will be fully accountable for meeting allocated technical and/or project or supervisory objectives. They will plan their own work to meet given objectives and processes. The SharePoint System Admin Lead will establish milestones and delegate responsibilities and will be fully accountable for actions taken and decisions made, both by self and subordinates.

• Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets and in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures.
• Rapidly absorbs new technical information and applies it effectively.
• Assesses and evaluates risk.
• Has a good appreciation of the wider field of information systems, their use in relevant employment areas, and how they relate to the business activities.
• Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes some responsibility for personal development.
• Analyzes requirements and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in applying solutions for the benefit of the Company or stakeholder.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Lead experience in SharePoint Sprint Planning.
• Scrum Master experience of integration with other software/tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
