The primary purpose of this role is to drive go-to-market strategies that support Agfa HealthCare's growth plans in North America. Accountable to drive the regional product marketing functions, sales enablement, clinical consultant, and customer advocacy. The role will focus on creating optimal repeatable processes and methodologies for each functional area with the goal of increasing profitable growth and client satisfaction while creating efficiencies in these areas.

The role will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to increase a qualified sales pipeline. Responsible to create a compelling value proposition for AGFA Products & Solutions across verticals, equip the organization with competitive insights to market conditions inclusive of key competitor's strengths/ weaknesses in terms of strategy, pricing, products and customers, and lead the market requirement document process and business case development for customer needs in North America.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with key customers as well as with leaders across global marketing, sales, services, and customer success to drive customer outcomes proof points and establishing Agfa healthcare as an outcomes-based Enterprise imaging leader in North America.

This position requires a thorough understanding of business/solution strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market processes. The successful candidate will bring to this position the skills that will enable them to develop the commercial strategies, manage budgets, prioritize investments, measure performance, and allocate resources necessary to consistently exceed expectations relative to driving, measuring, and managing long-term profitable growth across the Agfa Healthcare NA target market segment(s).

Fundamental Responsibilities:




  • Leads regional product marketing, sales enablement, clinical consultants, and customer advocacy in North America
  • Creates growth plans based on overall market dynamics and business direction.
  • Develops go-to-market strategies to drive business growth plan execution.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to execute on go-to-market strategies
  • Drives localized solutions, positioning,g and messaging
  • Leads Sales enablement and collaborates with the SVP of sales to drive sales competency
  • Leads NA customer advocacy programs such as advisory boards, reference customers, and user groups.
  • Provides voice of the customer to the business by managing the execution of market requirement documents with supporting business cases.


  • Builds strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to understand the overall company, product, client experience, mission, and vision
  • Proactively research, evaluate, and stay informed on the marketplace, current products, technologies, and available third-party solutions to maintain vision and meet our overall corporate strategy



RequiredExperience:




  • At least ten years of increasingly responsible and relevant experience with product management, business management, and product development teams within commercial/enterprise software and medical devices companies.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HIT (health information technology)
  • 3+ years in a management role leading and developing other leaders
  • Market relevance and experience in AI solutions and/or imaging IT is highly desirable


  • Experience writing business cases, performing market analysis, developing go-to-market strategies for solutions or products, and managing backlogs for solutions across multiple markets
  • Proven success in developing compelling product visions with a track record of successful execution
  • An exceptional leader of people, process & workflow in environments where "change" is a constant.



Desired Skills:




  • A track record of effectively driving strategy, development, and execution, and managing multiple concurrent projects with urgency is critical.
  • Past performance includes providing executive-level presentations with clarity of thought and exceptional results.
  • Prior expertise thriving in a large "matrix" environment.


  • A history of taking responsibility for providing results and accountability for the performance of the team.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and client management skills.



Education:




  • The successful candidate is preferred to possess at a minimum a Master of Business Administration degree from an accredited institution.



Travel:




  • Agfa HealthCare is a global organization. This role will require travel up to 60%.
