Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

A Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst (CI) is responsible for analyzing the company's processes and making suggestions on how to improve them. You will work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to recognize opportunities, implement changes, and sustain improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Defining program objectives.
• Evaluating and prioritizing improvements.
• Securing employee commitment.
• Establishing implementation plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics or a related field.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean management, Process Improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Leadership abilities to drive change and inspire others towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make sound decisions.
• Process optimization skills to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Aerospace repair and/or manufacturing a plus.
