THE ROLE:
As a Product Line Manager for FPGAs and adaptive SoCs, you will have business, strategy, and product line ownership of a high impact, widely recognized product portfolio. A successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption of high-volume products within all embedded markets, including industrial/medical, pro AV, data center, communications, test & measurement, and aerospace.

THE PERSON:

Ideal for an energetic, motivated individual with strong business acumen and excellent communications skills, this position entails a significant level of influence internally with other technology and marketing groups. The position requires technical command, experience, and insights to develop and nurture our FPGA and Adaptive SoC product portfolio. This individual possesses unwavering customer focus, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Sound business judgment and the ability to work as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional teams are critical for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing all aspects of new product introduction both internally with all factory stakeholders and externally by interfacing directly with customers and sales teams worldwide.
  • In-depth understanding of the wide spectrum of customer requirements, market trends, and financial objectives and synthesize them into a cohesive and actionable product line strategy.
  • Possesses an understanding of embedded processing systems, operating systems, embedded system debuggers, embedded processing applications, and system requirements.
  • Prepare and present a compelling FPGA and Adaptive SoC, software and solution value proposition to the field and customers, incorporating our company's distinctive competence.
  • Collaborate with sales, FAEs, vertical market business teams, and system architects to drive awareness of the FPGA and Adaptive SoC product line hardware and software capabilities, as well as demonstrate the value of these solutions.
  • This position will include some travel for customer/field interaction.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of semiconductor experience and sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • A passion for winning and achieving challenging revenue, design win, and market share targets.
  • Proven experience in successfully bringing new technologies and/or business models to marketing and driving market adoption.
  • Demonstrate customer empathy and experience in identification of customer needs, as well as an understanding of customer-focused design practices.
  • Development experience with FPGAs and SoCs

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline or MBA is a plus but not required.
