Shop Service Technician

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various equipment, performing assigned maintenance tasks.
• Operate hand tools and equipment; remove, install, and test mechanical components.
• Inspect for leaks, loose fittings, proper tolerances, torque specs, and fluid pressures.
• Order necessary parts to complete repairs or maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and verify all repairs meet company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report safety concerns.
• Support equipment loading/unloading and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma required; technical or vocational training and associate degree in automotive/diesel tech preferred.
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty diesel equipment and strong mechanical aptitude in hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics.
• Skilled in reading schematics, using lifting tools, forklifts, and other mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Committed to safety, ethical standards, and following company policies and procedures.
