About the Role: This senior leadership position will be responsible for collaborating on tax planning and strategy to minimize the overall corporate effective tax rate and cash taxes paid, including compliance with all legal and regulatory tax-related requirements for both direct and indirect taxes. This individual will lead and implement U.S. tax policy and initiatives, have primary responsibility for the Company's consolidated corporate income tax and collaborate with the Director International Tax on non-US matters, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws. The Senior Director, Tax will lead the U.S. corporate tax team and work with non-US based Tax and business unit leaders to identify, analyze and implement programs or transactions to reduce the Company's tax obligations, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent global tax strategy. How you will make an impact:
- Responsible for the timely filing and technical review of all U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns, and sales tax returns; collaborate to ensure all international entity tax compliance is maintained including timely completion and filing of international tax returns
- Manage U.S. tax audits with the IRS and state tax authorities including analysis of issues, responses, presentation of company position, and negotiations to arrive at an acceptable settlement
- Ensure appropriate accounting for income taxes for worldwide operations. Manage annual attest audit and quarterly reviews with company's external auditor
- Draft income tax disclosures for public filings and earnings conference calls, as well as internal communications
- Establish documents and maintain process flows and the applicable internal controls as required by Sarbanes Oxley 404 for financial reporting and income tax accounts
- Oversee transfer pricing study including analysis of transactions among related entities and comparison of transactions with results of similar transactions among unrelated parties to determine arm's length practice
- Create and support global tax planning strategies including acquisitions and dispositions

Experience & Education Minimum experience of 15 years of leadership experience in corporate tax. Must have a strong understanding and working knowledge of U.S. and International corporate tax laws Combination of public accounting (Big 4) and global public company experience preferred / MBA, CPA or JD a plus Salary Range: 154,000 USD to 226,667 USD
