Job DescriptionTHE ROLE: Business Analyst, AI & Automation The Business Analyst in the Technology Division will support company-wide adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, as the candidate will work directly with users across the company to help refine AI-generated prompts and assist in developing AI-driven bots. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Systems or Computer Science and a foundational understanding of AI technologies. Additionally, this role will provide support for automation initiatives, agentic AI applications, and enterprise search solutions. This role will report to the Manager, Enterprise Digital Solutions.
