(This position is based in Minneapolis - candidates must reside within driving distance from our Plymouth, MN HQ. Relocation is not offered). The Digital Support Specialist is responsible for administration, configuration, data quality and ongoing support of our CRM platform(s) that are related to digital tools. You will play a key role in usability, support and continuous improvement of our CRM digital environments. - Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, workflows, and automation
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Participate in cross-functional projects to implement new Salesforce features, integrations, and business solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and user productivity
- Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and training materials
- Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effective use of Salesforce
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in IT support roles
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, fostering strong working relationships and contributing to team success in dynamic environments
- Previous experience in customer support, computer operations, and system administration
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $25.00 - $41.00 per hour in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
