in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County.

Overview:

Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is flexible, knowledgeable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to excellence in hospice care, we encourage you to apply.

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work.
• Experience: 0-2 years experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Preferred Licensure: LMSW or LCSW in the state of Missouri
• Other Skills & Knowledge:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
