Description

Okay, hear me out: Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired isn't offering just another sales gig. This is the one where you actually sell something that matters. Real impact. Real results. And yeah, you're still out there generating new sales, hunting down and closing leads, and building a pipeline of new business - but instead of doing it for another SaaS tool or subscription box, you're helping a nonprofit scale and make a difference.

We're building something here. And we need someone like you - someone who knows how to run their own territory, chase down opportunity, and close like a pro. You'll own the entire Western US region and spend 90% of your time prospecting, pitching, and landing new partners.

No micromanaging. Just you, doing what you do best.

A Day in the Life (AKA Your Sweet Spot):

You're on your laptop in our West Allis office, headphones in, tightening up your morning pitch you're delivering on a call in 30. Your favorite water bottle at your 10, you're so ready to crush your sales reports, then dive into three back-to-back meetings with decision-makers who are actually excited to hear from you. Handshakes. Proposals. Pipeline updates. You wrap the day with a quick check-in with your team, crack open a cold beverage, and prep for tomorrow's wins. You're in control of your leads, your sales style, and your success.

What You'll Be Owning:



  • Prospect and pipeline building - You'll be finding and developing fresh leads daily.
  • Pushing clients through the full sales cycle - Discovery. Demo. Proposal. Close. You drive it.
  • Closing on new business - This role is all about growth - you're here to bring it in.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - You'll sync with ops, marketing, and programs to deliver the full package.

  • Demonstrated strategic prospecting ability - You know how to work smarter, not just harder.
  • Coachable and willing to learn - You can take feedback and turn it into fire.
  • Grit - You're not afraid of hard conversations or tough markets. You stay scrappy.
  • Product knowledge - You'll take the time to really understand what we offer and why it matters.
  • Listening skills - You don't just pitch. You listen, adapt, and connect.
