Staffmark has a temp-to-hire opportunity at the Yamada North America factory, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and automotive systems. We are hiring a Production Worker to join the team in South Charleston, OH.

What We're Looking For



  • A reliable, safety-focused individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required



Production Worker Tasks

Perform in-process and final quality checks on parts. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision. Use hand carts and dollies to move products between process areas. Train fellow associates on learned processes. Reset alarms and make minor CNC adjustments as needed. Lift 50 pounds as needed.

Shift Options



  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $16.15/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $17.90/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.65/hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
