Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, manage and support national account sales representatives.
  • Develop business plans and strategies for the company's national accounts program.
  • Communicate sales strategies and collaborate on the execution of those strategies with the rest of the organization.
  • Accountable for achieving business performance targets on revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the negotiations on supplier agreements.
  • Live and promote the Company Core Values.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Top planning skills and the ability to translate plans into actions.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Previous sales and sales management experience with large accounts.
  • Must be able to meet performance, productivity and efficiency standards
