Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company operates a branch in Houston, Texas, providing commercial and industrial roofing services. Thislocation specializes in roof inspections, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance plans designed to extend the life of existing roofs.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Small Engine Mechanic to inspect, service, and repair small engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience diagnosing mechanical problems, replacing parts, and performing routine maintenance.

Pay starting at $18 but can go up with based on experience

Job Functions:

• 
  Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in small engines and related equipment.
• 
  Order and inventory parts and supplies as needed.
• 
  Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
• 
  Stay current with new engine models and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience with small engine repairs
• Bilingual
• Experience working in a shop environment
• Some experience working with Honda, Briggs & Stratton, and Kohler engines
• Drivers License preferred but not required
