Staffmark is now hiring experienced Welders for a direct hire opportunity with a respected, family-owned manufacturing company in Pooler, GA. If you're a dedicated professional with a strong background in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00/hour (Based on experience and shift)

Available Shifts:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM
  • Some weekend overtime may be required



What You'll Do:



  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with precision and safety
  • Use measuring tools and fabrication equipment to meet quality standards
  • Handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace



Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years of professional welding experience
  • Must pass a welding test
  • Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and blueprint reading
  • Familiar with measuring tools and welding shop equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment (lifting up to 50 lbs)
