Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the Fleet Compliance Coordinators and acquisition of all Fleet Equipment Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- Oversees and manages productivity of Fleet Compliance coordinators, work with team to assure proper training and efficiencies are meet.
- Works with Treasury and Tax departments with all new Fleet acquisitions, receive and process all new Fleet equipment.
- Supports internal/external clients with obtaining and meeting all commercial vehicle regulated requirements such as IRP, IFTA, and all commercial vehicle related state and provincial requirements.
- Maintains an active inventory of commercial vehicles with assignments throughout North America
- Works with Corporate Fleet Technology group on projects related to Fleet Needs
- Reports all commercial vehicle non-compliant regulatory issues to the Fleet Team
- Participates in the development and distribution of the company's commercial vehicle program.
- Works with Corporate Fleet Management Team to insure company fleet standards are met.
- Report and escalate all non-compliance fleet issues to Fleet Management
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative role within a Fleet Company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates high ethical practices with exceptional decision making abilities.
- Ability to measure and report operational progress.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Functional use of various computer based programs, to include Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams, and other related fleet technologies.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet Fleet deadlines.
- Ability to travel when needed.
