Director, Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our growing JLL Consulting Practice. As Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies and operating models that align client facilities and real estate models to the needs of the workplace, the needs of the worker, and to business and enterprise objectives with an end goal of ensuring real estate and facilities departments are adequately staffed and organized to deliver on these expectations. This role will lead consulting engagements to recommend improvements based on leading practices to real estate, workplace, and facilities teams in the areas of staffing, processes, and governance models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients in real estate and facilities organizational design.

  • Develop and execute real estate and facilities organizational strategies and operating models that support the client's goals and growth plans.

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop workforce planning models to analyze optimal staffing levels.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new organizational structures and processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the future of work, real estate, and the workplace.

Attributes

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences.

  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing real estate and facilities organizational changes.

  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, with familiarity in agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to inform recommendations.

  • Certifications in organizational development or related fields, and project management experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate, facilities organizational design, project execution, or consulting.

  • Experience in change management/transformation initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis and visualization tools.

  • Well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-centric approach.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
