Attention to detail is very important. Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, adhering to Schweitzer's dress code Clean and prepare accommodations for occupancy through proper application of company specified cleaning procedures Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and linen closets with products in required quantities to satisfactorily clean assigned rooms Complete the Housekeeping Room Assignment, correctly identifying the status of each assigned room and reporting any maintenance problems or product shortage Maintain security for guests and lodge/condo units by keeping all doors locked at all times Secondary Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager or Operations Manager. Knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities is recommended Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications - None Technical - None Physical Capabilities - Able to walk or stand for a whole shift. Able to lift frequently, up to 25 lbs.; rarely, up to 35 lbs.
