We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, email-heavy environment. This is not your typical call center role-this position focuses on case resolution, research, and email communication to support our fleet management customers and internal teams. What You'll Do * Manage a high volume of customer emails and case resolutions using Salesforce * Support account managers by assisting with vehicle orders, billing changes, and service issues * Help drivers navigate complex situations (e.g., impounded vehicles) and educate them on future steps * Conduct research to resolve customer issues-thinking critically and creatively * Communicate with internal departments via Microsoft Teams to coordinate solutions * Make outbound follow-up calls to gather missing information or provide updates * Enter and update customer data across multiple systems while multitasking * Generate reports, distribute insurance cards, and manage driver data updates What You Bring * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent grammar and email etiquette * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM; typing test required) * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work across multiple monitors and databases with ease Bonus Points For * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms * Familiarity with Excel data entry and reporting * Previous experience in fleet management or logistics Soft Skills That Set You Apart * Resourceful and proactive problem-solver * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Positive attitude and professional demeanor * Able to work independently and manage time effectively * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and systems Why You'll Love Working Here * A collaborative, supportive team environment * Extensive training to set you up for success * Opportunities to grow your skills and career * A chance to make a real impact on customer satisfaction *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
