We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our world-class support team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and positive.
What You'll Do * Handle 25-50+ inbound calls and 50-100+ emails daily with professionalism and care * Answer customer questions about shipping, product availability, pricing, and more * Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and tools * Create and manage customer cases to ensure timely resolution * Collaborate across departments to address customer needs and deliver solutions * Provide clear, proactive communication across multiple channels * Use critical thinking to manage exceptions and provide transparency * Deliver a seamless, frictionless customer experience every time What You Bring * 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based company * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word * Experience handling high-volume inbound calls and emails * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Points For * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with order entry and fulfillment processes Soft Skills That Shine * Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude * Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through * Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks * Professional, accountable, and customer-focused * Strong email etiquette and communication skills What You'll Get * Extensive on-the-job training to set you up for success * A supportive, team-oriented culture * Opportunities for growth and development * The chance to be part of a company known for delivering world-class customer experiences *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
