*Installation Support Specialist*
*Moorestown, NJ* *Training: *Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm After Training/Regular shift: Monday-Friday- 10:30am-7pm Saturday 9-530pm (every 5 weeks will work a Saturday) 2 days in-office, 3 days remote. *Responsibilities: * Provide division and customer support across multiple channels to ensure installations are completed as contracted, all documentation is properly recorded in CRM for invoicing, and customer satisfaction is achieved. * Communicate with customers and subcontractors during installation completion. * Audit system documentation to support the invoicing team, following established policies and procedures. * Follow up with customers post-installation to collect final payments and required documents. * Manage inbound calls and ensure timely resolution of issues. * Coordinate with divisions to address additional service needs or missing documentation/data. * Ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions by adhering to company processes and procedures. * Perform other duties as assigned * Acts as the final checkpoint before a job is officially closed. * Responsible for gathering completion details from installers via text or call. * May need to handle upset customers and escalate service tickets for unresolved issues or damages. * Plays a key role in closing out tickets and ensuring all necessary information is captured for invoicing. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
