The Claims Analyst will oversee claims processing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of claims systems, management capabilities, and a drive for process improvement. This Analyst will manage both onshore and offshore vendor relationships and support seamless operations across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance lines of business.
If you are interested, please apply and one of our recruiters will reach out to you. *Responsibilities* * Oversee end-to-end claims processing operations * Track testing, and incorporate into workflows. * Manage offshore vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Develop and maintain reports on claims metrics. *Qualifications: * * Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. * Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance * Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. * Analyze root causes and develop effective solutions. * Proactively assess and mitigate risks. * Adjust to changing priorities and escalations. * Strong verbal and written skills for diverse audiences. * Maintain accurate records and develop operational dashboards. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $51.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
