Job Summary to day operations within Global Procurement as assigned by the Global Category Manager Tools & Operations Responsibilities/Description: Knowledge of Procurement *Basic procurement experience including ERP systems such as SAP and Procurement solutions such as Ariba or Zycus *Business related experience in sourcing, supply chain, suppliers, etc. Procurement best practice *Understand Government and Procurement Process (i.e. SOX Compliance, Global Authorization Policy, audit requirements..) *Familiar with IFF Code of Conduct Project Management *Basic Project Management Skill *Strong analytical and systems/process skills Supplier relations management *Basic contact with supplier Leadership *Ability to work in teams and diverse groups of people and roles. *Ability to translate the instruction to action and make prioritization. *Shows initiative beyond the scope of a project/task. Coach & Mentoring *Translates feedback into improvements. *Ability to engage and understand feedback through asking questions. *Helps others and provides feedback to peers.
