Assist with maintenance of the common garden site, lead phenology data collection, and participate in fitnessdata collection of scarlet monkeyflower (Mimulus cardinalis) in the southern common garden site at SantaMargarita Ecological Reserve, Temecula, California. An additional person may be hired to assist withsimilar tasks in the central garden site in Oakhurst, California, but travel among sites will not benecessary.
