As a Financial Analyst, you'll do more than analyze numbers - you'll play a critical role in delivering forensic, valuation, and litigation support services that help clients make informed, high-stakes decisions. What You'll Do

Business Valuation Support

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and maintain organized engagement documentation
• Participate in meetings with client leadership and take detailed, accurate notes
• Conduct economic, industry, market, and case law research
• Assist in the development of valuation discounts and premiums
• Draft and edit valuation reports and supporting exhibits
• Input and analyze financial data in Excel-based valuation models
• Perform quality checks of valuation models prepared by others

Litigation Support Services

• Organize case files (digital and physical) to support efficient discovery and analysis
• Research industry and economic trends relevant to litigation cases
• Prepare memos summarizing client communications and key findings
• Support financial modeling and conduct detailed accuracy checks

Forensic Accounting Functions

• Analyze financial data to identify anomalies or red flags
• Assist in preparing reports that summarize forensic procedures and findings
• Maintain organized documentation to support findings and conclusions
• Input and review financial data in investigative models

Project Coordination & Administration

• Attend and contribute to team scheduling and project status meetings
• Keep individual workload and task status updated in Asana or other project tracking tools

What You Bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills
• High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and common business applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or intent to sit for the CPA exam
• Interest in pursuing credentials in forensic accounting or business valuation (e.g., ABV, CFF)
• Relevant experience in data analysis, forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support, or auditing
