Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
Reports To: Director of Treasury

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing Finance team.

Position Summary:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing global cash operations, maintaining the company's 13-week rolling cash forecast, and administering various aspects of our insurance program. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and expand treasury expertise while gaining valuable exposure to international operations and public company financial controls.

You will work closely with the Treasury Manager and Director of Treasury, supporting daily liquidity management, banking administration, insurance coordination, and internal treasury initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of treasury functions and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily global cash positioning, wire transfers, and intercompany funding

  • Prepare and maintain the global 13-week rolling cash forecast

  • Support administration of global insurance programs, including renewals and claims tracking

  • Oversee bank account administration, including account openings/closings, KYC documentation, signer updates, and audit support

  • Manage monthly bank fee analysis and reporting to ensure cost efficiency

  • Contribute to treasury automation projects to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy

  • Ensure compliance with Treasury-related SOX controls and assist with audit requests

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Accounting, FP&A, and Legal on treasury-related projects and initiatives

  • Serve as a backup to the Treasury Manager during periods of absence

  • Perform special assignments or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management at their discretion

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate Treasury or Finance roles

  • Prior experience working within a public company environment is required; global treasury experience is a plus

  • Solid understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations

  • Experience supporting insurance renewals and claims management preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial modeling

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - visa sponsorship is not available

  • Must be able to work onsite in Plano, TX at least three days per week
