POSITION SPECIFICS The Office of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education is seeking a detailed-oriented, motivated individual to provide administrative support for several areas of the office. The Academic Program Coordinator will primarily support the Offices of Science Engagement and Future Students, as well as serving as first point of contact for all visitors to the Ritenour Building. This position will assist the records coordinator on student records needs and assist with the spring commencement ceremony planning and day of events. This individual will be responsible for:
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are critical, as is the ability to work independently and in a team environment. We are seeking an individual with initiative; demonstrates a willingness to learn and can shift between tasks and offices with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required. University experience with SIMBA (System for Integrated Management, Budgeting, and Accounting), SAP CONCUR, LionPATH (student portal), CANVAS, 25Live, and Work Lion (HR portal) is preferred The position is based at the University Park Campus; however,flexibleworkarrangements, such as hybridworkopportunities, may be considered.Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneAPPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Review of applications will begin immediately.
