Partner with the best

As a Machinist, you will set up and operate special injection molding equipment to meet specifications. You will observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance injection molding and adjust machine controls as required.

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Setting up, monitoring, and operating various pieces of equipment, simultaneously, associated with the manufacturing facility requirements, plastic extruder, PCP injection.
• Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
• Training within the Sheet Metal department from time to time

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Have the ability to apply basic concepts of mathematics within a shop environment.
• Have the ability to calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors of temperature, programs, material, and pressure, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Preferred experience with plastic injection molding, and CNC machining experience
• Be able to show a good mechanical aptitude
