Title: HR Administrative Assistant - Talent Acquisition
Location: Cleveland, TN

Salary: $57,000 - $73,000 plus an additional bonus
Schedule: 5x 8-hour days. This position is in office and eligible for 1 day work from home after 6 months.

Position Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant supports the Talent Acquisition and Compliance team by ensuring efficient execution of pre-employment and onboarding processes.

This role upholds a consistent, high-quality customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

HR Administrative Assistant Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support pre-employment and onboarding activities
  • Collect, organize and process HR data using internal systems
  • Draft routine correspondence and documents
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems
  • Independently research and respond to information requests
  • Provide general administrative and office support

HR Administrative Assistant Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree* or higher in Business Administration preferred
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Preferred experience with:
    • HR administrative support
    • Background screening processes
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
