Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and enhance our recruitment efforts across field operations. This role requires a highly organized professional who can effectively collaborate with internal leadership, drive hiring initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs. The ideal incumbent is a dependable multi-tasker with strong decision-making abilities and exceptional time management skills. Proven experience in managing teams and aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals is essential. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead the training and optimization of tools used for recruitment purposes.
- Assist with the development of high-quality, cost-effective Hiring Events.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
- 5 - 8 years high volume recruiting experience
- 3 - 5 years of supervisory skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep knowledge of talent sourcing and recruiting methodologies in automotive, retail or related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other relevant HR technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt messages
- Master relationship builder, with proven ability to influence and collaborate towards shared wins
- In alignment with TA Director, engage in evolving relationships with external talent sourcing and recruiting partners
Physical demands Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, typing or writing. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs - recruitment event set-up and breakdown.
