As we transition to a standalone company, the Global HR Operations Manager will play a key role in building the operational foundation of our HR function. This role owns and optimizes our global HRIS (Dayforce by Ceridian), ensuring it supports an integrated, user-friendly experience across performance, talent & succession, learning, payroll, and core HR processes. It also leads US and Canada payroll operations and serves as the HR function's program management office (PMO), driving consistency, structure, and executional excellence across our priorities. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
This role is both strategic and hands-on-ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. It requires strong partnership with HR Business Partners, Compliance, Finance, and senior leaders, and plays a visible role in delivering processes that are effective, compliant, and tightly aligned to our business goals. Key Responsibilities
HR PMO & Process Governance * Serve as the Program Management Office (PMO) for the HR function, driving project prioritization, resource planning, and execution tracking across major HR initiatives. * Own and manage the integrated annual HR calendar, ensuring alignment across all programs and processes. * Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in process design, systems usage, and employee experience. * Strategic Partnership * Act as a key partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing data insights, operational guidance, and program leadership to enable effective HR delivery. * Translate business needs into scalable HR operational solutions, driving alignment across functions and regions:
HRIS (Dayforce) Ownership & Optimization * Act as the HR business owner for Dayforce, leading the system implementation, rollout, and ongoing improvement across all modules including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Analytics, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. * Ensure system workflows, reporting, and user experience are optimized for both compliance and usability. * Partner with IT, Finance, and HR teams to manage integrations, data integrity, vendor relationships, and internal training.
Enterprise Talent Processes * Own the full lifecycle of annual talent processes including performance management, goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration, and succession planning. * Lead the design and implementation of a talent calibration and succession planning process that identifies critical roles and top talent, supports leadership development, and informs workforce planning. * Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure talent processes directly support organizational capability, readiness, and long-term business goals. * Continuously improve Dayforce configurations to ensure talent processes are seamlessly integrated, transparent, and easily executed by leaders.
Learning & Development * Own the Dayforce Learning module and ensure it is effectively configured, maintained, and adopted across the organization. * Develop and manage the annual enterprise training calendar, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, organizational priorities, and leadership/functional development needs. * Collaborate with HRBPs, Compliance, and business leaders to deliver and track learning initiatives and mandatory trainings. * Evaluate learning effectiveness and adoption, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimization.
HR Reporting & Analytics * Lead the development and delivery of all HR reporting and analytics, leveraging Dayforce as the central source of truth. * Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide insights into workforce trends, headcount, turnover, talent movement, and process effectiveness. * Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to provide data that supports strategic decisions related to talent, workforce planning, and organizational health. * Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance standards are met, and continuously improve reporting capabilities based on evolving business needs.
Payroll Management (US & Canada) * Oversee payroll operations for the US and Canada within Dayforce, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. * Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related escalations, audits, and regulatory inquiries. * Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure payroll operations are fully compliant with federal, state/provincial, and local laws.

You Have
* 7+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or talent operations, ideally in a global or multi-region environment.
* Strong experience working with enterprise HR systems; ability to quickly learn and optimize new platforms is essential. (Dayforce/Ceridian experience is a plus, but not required.)
* Demonstrated success in owning or supporting enterprise-wide talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and calibration.
* Experience managing or partnering closely on payroll operations in the US and Canada.
* Strong program and project management skills; ability to juggle priorities, timelines, and cross-functional input with discipline and focus. PMP certification is a plus.
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and contributes positively to team culture.
* Skilled at building trust with executive stakeholders, translating complex processes into clear actions, and leading with both influence and credibility.
* Experience in high-growth, private equity, or carve-out environments preferred, but not required.
