ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-site and off-site mail services driver
• Ability to drive a company SUV as well as a company box truck
• Daily Post Office drop-off & delivery
• Adhere to a daily schedule for on and off campus delivery and pickup routes
• Adapt for special deliveries
• Sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Data entry input of daily numbers
• Check and respond to email in a timely manor.
• Operation of manual pallet jacks and flatbed carts
• Use of a PDA/scanner for accountable package receiving and delivery
• Sort mail and packages
• Deliver mail and packages
• Coverage in other mailrooms on campus
• Stock copy paper as needed
