Implementation Consultant - Library Software

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Clarivate. In this position you will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative and Ex Libris Resource Sharing products for libraries around the world!

This position is a multi-functional role, where you will have the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with our customers in support of our industry leading systems like Rapido, RapidILL, and INN-Reach. Your responsibilities will include customer consultation and requirement analysis, system configuration, data analysis, project coordination, and support for post-implementation issues. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

It would be great if you also had...

• Preferably two years' experience in structured libraries or implementing software in a SaaS environment.
• Project management working across multiple tasks
• Experience working in a client facing role
• Data analysis and technical skills required to successfully configure Resource Sharing systems for libraries.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Works with other members of the Resource Sharing Team to provide service and support to Rapido, RapidILL, and INN-Reach customers
• Assists in the configuration of library systems for participation in various Resource Sharing systems
• Assists in the analysis of data from third-party library systems and profiles to facilitate the participation of libraries using non-Clarivate ILS platforms in Resource Sharing systems
• Configures Resource Sharing systems to support Clarivate and non-Clarivate member library systems
• Analysis and remediation of pre- and post-live customer change requests, to maintain optimal configuration and operation of Resource Sharing systems
• Investigation and remediation of technical and application support issues reported by both live resource sharing systems and in-flight resource sharing implementations
• Provides basic project management, to include project schedule creation, coordination with customers and internal team members, etc.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the customer
• Manages tasks and projects to completion, balancing client and company objectives

Hours of Work

This is a full time, permanent position with core business hours in your time zone with the flexibility to support global clients in other time zones as needed.

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days on site located at any of our US offices.
