To manage the design and development activities for a group. Responsibility includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc.

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Cloud Network Security Manager to lead and manage our global cloud network security operations. This role is critical to ensuring the secure design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across our multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in networking, cloud, network security, segmentation strategies, and automation. This position requires a strong foundation in network engineering and automation, paired with strategic leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading infrastructure engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners and delivering scalable security architectures in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership role to drive transformation and optimize network engineering infrastructure through automation.
  • Define the vision, strategy, execution roadmap, and governance of secure network architectures across public cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and security engineers to integrate security principles into cloud networking.
  • Manage cloud firewalls, routing, VPC peering, private link, and virtual appliances across cloud providers.
  • Drive segmentation strategies leveraging native cloud capabilities, microsegmentation (e.g., Illumio, native tools).
  • Establish and maintain automation frameworks for network configuration, policy enforcement, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
  • Partner with incident response and SOC teams to troubleshoot and remediate cloud networking threats.
  • Define metrics and KPIs for performance, risk, and compliance related to cloud network security.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of cloud network security engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in network security, with at least 2 years focused on public cloud (Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Strong understanding of networking principles: BGP, IPsec, DNS, load balancing, NAT, etc.
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code and network automation (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git).
  • Expertise in cloud-native networking and security constructs (e.g., Azure VNet, Security Groups, NSGs).
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust Architecture).
  • Familiarity with cloud compliance and governance practices (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, FedRAMP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CCSP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud-native security tools.
  • Familiarity with container networking and Kubernetes security.
  • Experience integrating monitoring and observability tools.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.

Domicile Information:

This position is open to Remote/Hybrid work. Candidates who reside in Collierville, TN; Orlando, FL; Plano, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA will be required to work onsite via the current hybrid work schedule.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
