The Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor serves as a thought leader and consultant, overseeing strategic programs and projects across various domains. This role is responsible for identifying innovative opportunities to drive business strategies and value delivery from ideation to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include ensuring program management standards are utilized, providing financial oversight, and reporting and presenting on progress for aligned programs and projects. This role spearheads the identification and execution of innovative opportunities to advance strategic objectives and maximize value delivery across the full initiative life cycle. Acting as a key liaison among cross-functional teams, the advisor fosters collaboration, ensures adherence to best-in-class program management standards, and delivers insightful reporting and presentations on program progress. With a sharp focus on strategy and execution, this position is instrumental in shaping organizational success and long-term growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum Experience Minimum five (5) years of experience in program management or project management in a business environment. Domicile Information This position is preferably domiciled in Memphis, TN. Other locations may be considered if they are within Central or Eastern time zones. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
