We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture to lead an expert team of pre-sellers in our Consumer Business Services operating unit. The Director will work closely with sales leadership to understand their account mix and sales opportunities in order to align the Architecture team to the region's top sales priorities. As a "player-coach" you will lead a team of architects and work directly with customer business and technology leaders to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business goals. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive transformation and with sales acumen and technical credibility. Your Responsibilities The Enterprise Architecture Director will: * Strategically partner with Sales Leadership to drive scale, innovate, and deliver exceptional quarterly and annual growth across multiple sales teams. Required Skills * Proficient with CRM and AI technologies (and other Enterprise business applications) and be able to present to an executive audience of both business and technology leaders. Desired Skills: * Prior pre-sales management experience is highly desirable. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $231,000 to $309,050. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,070 to $280,980. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $231,000 to $309,050. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $231,000 to $309,050. |
