Job Summary

• Provides administrative support for purchasing department
• Assists with processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Builds and enters data into spreadsheets
• Compiles, updates, and processes records
• Provides open lines of communication with internal staff and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent administrative experience OR purchasing experience
• Proficient computer and MS Office (EXCEL and WORD) skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
