Intelligence Architecture Specialist- IBL

Job Overview:

The Intelligence Architecture Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Intel Battle Lab (IBL) by providing subject matter expertise in Army intelligence architecture, experiment planning, and systems integration. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive military intelligence experience to develop and execute experimentation plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop experimentation plans for Concept Focused Warfighting Experimentation (CFWE) and other enabling experiments in coordination with external stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of experiment events, including concept, scenario, and briefing development.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of technical briefs, participant training, and after-action reviews.
• Plan and implement operationally relevant experimentation vignettes for advanced technologies.
• Provide expertise in integrating experimental and prototype systems, networks, and software applications.
• Collaborate with the IBL Digital Modernization Chief to address modeling, simulation, and systems integration requirements.
• Develop operational view and systems architectures for experimentation events and planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technology vendors to gather integration requirements and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Generate white papers, analysis summaries, experimentation plans, and event reports.
• Recommend performance metrics and technical measures to assess mission effectiveness of new technologies.
• Provide decision support for experimentation, evaluation, and demonstration activities.
• Direct, execute and participate in in-person and virtual meetings; documenting and communicating results from experimentation events.
• Brief General Officers and Senior Executive Service leaders on experiment outcomes and recommendations.
• Coordinate with experiment stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful event execution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• Ten (10) years of active-duty experience having served in intelligence roles within Theater, Corps, or Division-level G2 sections or Theater INSCOM units.
• Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SIGINT MOS (35S, 35N, 352N), Systems Maintainer/Integrator MOS (35T, 353T), or 8-10 years in highly technical MI unit or operational force assignments, preferred.

Security Clearance Required:

• DoD Active TS SCI Clearance Required

Travel Required:

• Approximately 25%
